Some Sad Goodbyes, and Many Happy Hellos!

For those of you who follow our Facebook page, you will have seen that we are about to open up our school crèche, as of the 31st of August 2020. We are absolutely thrilled to be welcoming the kids back to school – we have missed their beautiful faces, happy smiles, and radiant laughter very much!

Our staff are currently preparing the school for the kids return, making sure safety and hygiene protocols are in place. We have even put together a fantastic ‘Covid Time Capsule’ booklet, for each child to tell us all about their experiences during lockdown. If you have any questions about our preparation and measures being put in place, please do email our school mom Shamiela at shamiela@pccschool.org.

While we are absolutely thrilled to say all these warm hellos, we are equally saddened to be saying goodbye to two of our beloved staff members.

Natasha Walker

Natasha Walker, who has been with us since 2008, is leaving the PCC family. Natasha, we wish you the very best for the next stage of your journey – may it be blessed with joy and prosperity.

Our deeply treasured school bus driver, Basil, officially retired at the end of July, after having been with us since 2013. Basil – thank you for your years with us, for always making the teachers and the children smile, and for brightening each day with your presence. May your retirement bring you comfort, love, and happiness!

Basil

In all, it is the end of an era. But, with every end, comes an entirely new beginning. And one we usher in with positivity, hope, and enthusiasm!
